And of course Gramps doesn’t know when to quit driving home about my personal matters. I leveled to each of them: “Hey look, I manage, don’t I?”
Do you have any idea what happened next? They all laughed at me. Shortly after, I rang Margaret so I could clear my head. But I couldn’t get it out of my head! I would have learned more by asking my son. Billy, who wrote to me from Egypt, advised that I mingle at singles events by Great Expectations. I said, “Yeah, maybe I should.” What a relief.
